Iyogasports is committed to providing the highest level of customer care. We gladly accept unused, unworn, unwashed, or unaltered merchandise in resalable condition for a refund within 30 days of receipt Please note that the shipping cost is not refundable.

Our company will evaluate and offer the best solution for buyer, for example, 20% ~ 80% refund depends on specific situation. If negotiation failed, we also can refund your money back, BUT buyer has to return the goods to us, and pay for the shipping cost in advance. Once we get the goods, we will refund all the money including shipping cost.

Refunds are credited back in 3~7 days after merchandise signed by our warehouse.

Iyogasports is not responsible for damages caused by lack of adherance to the care and instructions for each item, or for expected wear and tear.
